I set up Sailingimages with my father Brian in 2005, following our passion for sailing and the sea we wanted to create a website that would allow us to showcase our photographs. Our aim was to capture the fun and enjoyment of people sailing as much as the yachts and boats that crossed our lenses.
We were lucky enough to have our pictures featured in print and online across the world, our coverage of dinghy sailing often appeared in Yachts and Yachting and Dinghy Sailing Magazine, some of our shots from Cowes Week even made it to the front page of a Belgian Newspaper.
After a few quiet years my wife Jo and I have re-launched Sailingimges and we really can't believe the response we have had to our latest pictures. In 2022 we will be covering Round the Island Race, Cowes Week and more. If you are on the water and would like us to keep an eye out for you then just let us know on the contact page.
We have kept alive a Sailingimages tradition which is that if you are a yacht club, class association or other not for profit organisation you are welcome to use our pictures for free, just drop us a line and we will send you images that you can use on your website, social media or in print.
